Embriodery:
Embroidery is the most oustanding process for creating desings and lettering onto garments and workwear. The design is stitched completely through the fabric by sophisticated computer controlled machinery that are capable of producing a number of finished garments a the same time. Yuor design will require a specifically written computer disc, which is costed on the number of stitches in your design. Heat Sealed Transfers:
This process gives you the customer the flexibility to produce very opaque and accurate personalisation onto a wide variety of garments, but without the cost of origination charges. There is an extensive colour range to choose from. The finished transfer is heat applied ono the garments giving excellent adhesion onto a wide variety of substrates from workwear, leisurewear to nylon jackets. Screen Printing:
Screen priting is one of themost effective print methods, alongside embroidery for printing larger designs on the back of workwear and leisurewear. Customers logo's are matched to a very high standard using pantone colour matching with a good accurate registration and edging, whilst the permanency of the inks used permits printed garments to be machined washed.
